ABC has renewed its freshman drama 'Scandal' starring Kerry Washington and Guillermo Diaz for a second season.
'Scandal' has been a solid hit for ABC, it's series premiere was watched by over seven million
viewers. Since its premiere in April, 'Scandal' has been able to keep a steady six-seven million
viewers. This series will mark the third successful show by creator Shonda Rhimes.

Episode 02 - Dirty Little Secrets - April 12 - 7.28 million viewers
Episode 03 - Hell Hath No Fury - April 19 - 7.21 million viewers
Episode 04 - Enemy of the State - April 26 - 6.86 million viewers
Episode 05 - Crash and Burn - May 3 - 6.69 million viewers
Episode 06 - The Trail - May 10 - 6.43 million viewers
The season finale airs this week, Thursday, May 17th.
