Mariah 2 Re-Release "Memoirs" in Feb

Mariah Carey is set to re-release her 12th studio album, "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel" on February 23, 2010.

It has been reported that the re-release will actually be two very different remix albums of all the tracks from "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel." The first remix CD will include pop/urban remixes featuring some of the biggest names in hip/hop and RNB. The second remix CD will include traditional dance remixes produced by the Jump Smokers.

There still is no official track listing for the remix discs but but some collaborations have been confirmed. Some of the remixes will include, Mary J. Blige, Snoop Dogg, T-Pain, R. Kelly, K-Ci & JoJo, Big Boi, Trey Songz and Fabolous. The dance remixes will not include collaborations but will include Mariah performing the tracks a little differently, as she has done previously on records.

We are told by label insiders that this album will be treated like a brand new project including promotional appearances. Mariah is scheduled to film her appearance on VH1 Storytellers in early January.

The first official single will be "Angels Cry" featuring Ne-Yo while the second single will be "Up Out My Face" featuring Nicki Minaj.

Kid Sister 2 Release "Daydreaming"

Kid Sister is set to release her second official single off her debut album, "Ultraviolet."

"Daydreaming" features Ceelo (Gnarls Barkley) and will be released to radio on January 12, 2010. The music video will follow in late January. I wouldn't have thought "Daydreaming" would have been a great single choice. I would have gone with either "54321" or "Control."

Lykke Li 2 Release "Possibility"

Lykke Li is set to release the second official single off the soundtrack, "The Twilight Saga: New Moon."

"Possibility" is was written and featured on the soundtrack and will serve as the next single once "Meet Me at the Equinox" by Death Cab For Cutie looses steam.

"Possibility" will be released on January 5, 2010. The music video will feature clips from "New Moon" and will be released in mid-January.

Timbaland 2 Release "Carry Out"

Timbaland is set to release his third official single off his third studio album, "Shock Value II."

"Carry Out" which features Justin Timberlake will be released to radio on December 22, 2009. The music video is to premiere in January. It was released digitally on December 8 and has since peaked at #31 without radio play.

Sade Release "Soldier of Love" Track Listing

Sade is set to release their sixth studio album, "Solider of Love" on February 8, 2010.

Here is the official track listing for "Solider of Love":

01 - "The Moon and The Sky"
02 - "Soldier of Love"
03 - "Morning Bird"
04 - "Baby Father"
05 - "Long Hard Road"
06 - "Be That Easy"
07 - "Bring Me Home"
08 - "In Another Time"
09 - "Skin"
10 - "The Safest Place"

P!nk Is Set To Release "Ave Mary A"

P!nk is set to release her seventh official Australian single off her fifth studio album, "Funhouse."

The seventh Australian single will be the ballad "Ave Mary A". The track will go to radio on December 21 and will be released digitally on January 15, 2010. The music video is set to premiere in late January.

While "Ave Mary A" will be the Australian single this Winter, North America will receive the single, "I Don't Believe You" as their fifth single. P!nk has a massive following in Australia and that is why there are more singles there than anywhere else.

"Bad Influence" and "Ave Mary A" are Australia-only singles as of December 2009. If "I Don't Believe You" does as well as the previous four in North America, than I can definitely see both "Bad Influence" and "Ave Mary A" being contenders as the sixth North American single.

Here is a breakdown of singles around the world off "Funhouse":

North America:
01 - "So What" (August 2008)
02 - "Sober" (November 2008)
03 - "Please Don't Leave Me" (May 2009)
04 - "Funhouse" (August 2009)
05 - "I Don't Believe You" (January 2010)

Australia:
01 - "So What" (August 2008)
02 - "Sober" (November 2008)
03 - "Please Don't Leave Me" (January 2009)
04 - "Bad Influence" (April 2009)
05 - "Funhouse" (August 2009)
06 - "I Don't Believe You" (November 2009)
07 - "Ave Mary A" (January 2010)

Madonna 2 Release "Revolver"

Madonna is set to release her official second and final single off her greatest hits retrospective, "Celebration."

"Revolver" features Lil Wayne and will be released on December 21 digitally. There is no information about a video, but most likely no video will be made to promote the single. The David Guetta "One Love" remix will be used to promote the single on radio. The maxi-single featuring eight remixes will be released on January 26, 2010.

Here is the official maxi-single remix EP track listing:

01 - Revolver (Madonna vs. David Guetta One Love Remix (Feat. Lil Wayne)

Ke$ha 2 Release Debut Album "Animal"

Ke$ha is set to release her debut album, "Animal" on January 5, 2010.

"Animal" will feature her debut smash single, "Tik Tok" and will include production from Max Martin, Dr. Luke and Benny Blanco.

Here is the official track listing for "Animal":

01 - "Your Love Is My Drug"
02 - "TiK ToK"
03 - "Take It Off"
04 - "Kiss N Tell"
05 - "Stephen"
06 - "Blah Blah Blah"(featuring 3OH!3)
07 - "Hungover"
08 - "Party At A Rich Dude’s House"
09 - "Backstabber"
10 - "Blind"
11 - "Dinosaur"
12 - "Dancing With Tears In My Eyes"
13 - "Boots & Boys"
14 - "Animal"
15 - "VIP"

David Guetta 2 Release "Memories"

David Guetta is set to release his third official North American single off his fourth srudio album, "One Love."

"Memories" which features Kid Cudi is set to impact North American radio on December 22, 2009. "Memories" will follow the highly successful "Sexy Bitch" which is still burning up the North American charts after five months. The music video will be released in late January.

Europe and Australia were treated to the title track, "One Love" which features Estelle as their third single. I think it was a smart choice to give Europe "One Love" and North America "Memories." "Memories" is a hip hop/pop record which will do much better than the dance-driven "One Love."

BEP 2 Release "Rock That Body"

The Black Eyed Peas are set to release their fourth official single in Europe/Australia off their fifth studio album, "The E.N.D."

"Rock That Body" has been chosen to be released in Europe and Australia while North America receives "Imma Be." I think this is a smart choice, it's a very upbeat song which should do well for them.

I am not sure if Canada is going to receive "Imma Be" even though it's the North American single. On Canadian radio I have heard "Rock That Body" at least four times in the past month.

"Rock That Body" will be released in January 2010 and the music video will follow in February.

BEP 2 Release "Imma Be"

The Black Eyed Peas are set to release their fourth official single off their fifth studio album, "The E.N.D."

"Imma Be" has been chosen and will be released to radio on December 15, 2009. The music video is set to follow in January. Originally it was announced that "Missing You" was going to be the fourth single. No explanation was given as to why it was switched to "Imma Be."

"Imma Be" will be the fourth single in North America while "Rock That Body" will be released in Europe and Australia.

I think it's because "Meet Me Halfway" and "Missing You" are quite similar so it wouldn't work as well back to back single choices. I am thrilled "Imma Be" has finally been chosen as a single. It is my favourite track off the album. I am sure "Missing You" will be the fifth single.

GaGa 2 Release "Telephone" With Beyonce

Lady GaGa is set to release her second official single off her sophomore album, "The Fame Monster."

"Telephone" features Beyonce and will be released on January 10, 2010 digitally. It will be officially released to radio on December 22 but it has picked up airplay ever since "The Fame Monster" was released back on November 23. The music video is set for a late January release.

Badu 2 Finally Release "New Amerykah Part 2"

Erykah Badu is finally ready to release her sixth studio album, "New Amerykah Part 2: Return of the Ankh."

It was originally announced to be released in the Fall of 2008 and than the spring of 2009 but Badu became pregnant with her third child so it was put on hold. With her pregnancy over with she is ready to release the sequel to "4th World War."

"New Amerykah Part 2: Return of the Ankh" will be released on February 23, 2010.

"I called it 'Part II: The Return of the Ankh' because this album is the sister of the left side of my brain -- it is the right side," Badu explained during a listening session this week at New York City's Chung King Studios. "'Part I was the left side of my thoughts -- it was more socially political and my thought process was more analytical. This time there wasn't anything to be concerned with -- the album is more emotional and flowy and talks about feelings. It reminds of the days of 'Baduizm' -- this is just about beats and rhymes in a cipher."

Tracks like "Window Seat," featuring The Roots' ?uestlove on the drums and James Poyser on piano, finds Badu requesting "a window seat...I don't want nobody next to me," over drums and clasps. Meanwhile, she questions "What did I do to make you fall so far from me?" atop keyboard riffs on the 9th Wonder-produced "20 Feet Tall."

On the banjo-laden "Don't Be Long," Badu pleads her lover to return soon although she understands "you gotta get your hustle on." She taps into her inner B-girl and pays homage to the Notorious B.I.G. on tracks like "Get Money," which features elements of the Junior M.A.F.I.A. feat. Notorious B.I.G. track of the same title, and "Incense," on which she harmonizes the Biggie lyrics, "there's gonna be a lot of slow singing and flower bringing if my burglar alarm starts ringing," over a beat reminiscent of Alicia Keys' "Unbreakable."

Some of the other stand-out tracks include "Fall In Love" which finds her candidly warning potential lovers, "You're loving me and I'm driving your Benz / you're loving me and I'm fucking your friends;" the harp-heavy " Out of My Mind Just in Time (Part I) (Undercover Over-Lover)," on which she pleads, "I hate for you, when I hate you too, if you want me to;" and " Out of My Mind Just In Time (Part 2)," on which she confesses, "I am a recovering undercover over-lover / recovering from a love I can't get over / and now my lover thinks he wants another," over piano strokes.

"Jump In The Air" was slated to appear on the album, but parts of it leaked on the internet earlier this week, and as a result Badu is unsure if she will include it on the set. "If anything leaks, I won't put out this album," she said about potential future leaks. "I worked too hard for that to happen. Let a bitch make some money some kind of way."

The track is said to feature nine MCs including Lil Wayne and her son Seven's father, rapper Andre 3000.

In the past six years, Badu, who has been working on this album since the release of "Worldwide Underground" in 2003, has recorded over 50 songs for "Part II." She hopes to release an already-completed album titled "Low Down" shortly after this release.

There is no official track listing for Part 2 yet.
