Ciara's "Fantasy Ride" Pushed To 2009

Ciara's third studio album, "Fantasy Ride" was to be released on December 9, 2008 but has since been pushed back until January 20, 2009.

Ciara and her label were not ready to release it yet because they believed they could have a couple more standout tracks. She will be in the studio for the month of November to work with such producers as Bloodshy & Avant, Scott Storch and Jim Jonsin.

The first single, "Go Girl" featuring. T-Pain has yet to make a significant impact on the pop charts. It has been slowly rising up the R&B charts but I still feel it was not a proper lead single, it is way to slow.

Ciara and her label have just announced the second single. This next single should have been the lead single, it is fast, uptempo and fierce. Ciara raps and ends each sentence with the same word, for example "The lights, lights, are so bright, bright." This is the track Missy Elliott would have died to make because it's that good.

The second confirmed single is "Echo." The track goes to radio in December 2008, the video is to be shot on November 22, 23, 2008. This track should bring Ciara back to the top of the charts.
