NIN Annouce Last Tour "For A While"
Nine Inch Nails will embark on a 2009 North American tour which is poised to be their last 'for a while' according to Trent Reznor.
Nine Inch Nails and Jane's Addiction have announced the dates for their co-headlining tour this summer. The 23-date trek begins May 8 in West Palm Beach, FL and ends June 12 in Charlotte, NC, including a stop at the Sasquatch Festival at the Gorge in Qunicy, WA. There lone Canadian date will be in Toronto on June 2 at the Molson Amphitheatre.
This tour may be Nine Inch Nails' last before an extended break. When originally announcing the tour, Nine Inch nails mainman Trent Reznor stopped short of saying the band was going on something more than a hiatus. But Reznor confirmed these will be the last NIN shows for some time, and that they will be "much more raw, spontaneous and less scripted" compared to last year's "Lights in the Sky" tour. "It's time to make NIN disappear for a while," he said.
