Lily Allen has decided to release one of my personal favourites, "Not Fair" as the second official single from "It's Not Me, It's You."
"Not Fair" will be released digitally today in the UK and it is already number 16 on the charts. The music video will be released worldwide on March 24, 2009. Since the first single, "The Fear" is still only catching steam in North America, "Not Fair" will not be released in North America until May 11, 2009.
