CBS Cancels 'Partners'


CBS has canceled its struggling freshman comedy, 'Partners' starring Sophia Bush and Michael Urie after six episodes.

The series premiere was watched by almost nearly seven million viewers. The rest of the season dropped in viewership and the most recent episode dropped a million viewers since its premiere. With it airing on Mondays at 8:30pm it has been dragging last years biggest comedy breakthrough, '2 Broke Girls' at 9pm. 

The rest of the episodes produced will not air and instead CBS will air repeats of its higher rated comedies starting with 'Two and a Half Men' this Monday, November 19.

Episode 02 - Chicken and Stuffing - October 1 - 5.76 million viewers
Episode 03 - The Jeter Exception - October 8 - 5.71 million viewers
Episode 04 - The Key - October 15 - 6.08 million viewers
Episode 05 - 2 Broke Guys - November 5 - 5.67 million viewers
Episode 06 - Temporary Insanity - November 12 - 5.48 million viewers
