CBS has renewed its drama, 'The Mentalist' starring Simon Baker for a sixth season.
The fifth season premiered to over 11 million viewers which is a drop from the 14 million who watched the fourth season finale. However, the series has been steadily dropping viewership and has been most recently been sitting at the eight - nine million mark. It should be noted that for the majority of the season 'The Mentalist' has been delayed and has been airing at 10:30-11pm.
