'Blue Bloods' Renewed By CBS

CBS has renewed its procedural drama, 'Blue Bloods' starring Tom Selleck and Donnie Wahlberg for a fourth season.

The third season premiered to over 11 million viewers which is a on par with the entire run of the series.  It's one of CBS most steady performers on the network. It literally has kept is usual 11 million viewers for the last three years. Most series flutuate but this show has kept its ratings and viewership at a stand still. The other remarkable point about 'Blue Bloods' is the show airs on Friday nights at 10pm which is incredible.
Here is a list of the last-five aired episodes:
14 - Men in Black - February 8 - 11.24 million viewers
15 - Warriors - February 15 - 10.73 million viewers
16 - Quid Pro Quo - February 22 - 11.21 million viewers
17 - Protest Too Much - March 8 - 10.72 million viewers
18 - No Regrets - March 15 - 10.41 million viewers

The season four finale will air in late May. No word on how many episodes have been ordered for season five but the usual 22 seems right.
