Kylie Minogue announced today the dates for her first ever North American tour, The "For You, For Me" tour will be a six-date trek that will kick off September 30 in Oakland, Ca. before ending in New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom on October 11.
"I've wanted to tour in America and Canada for years and know that fans have been waiting a long time for this," Minogue said in a statement. "I'm thrilled that the opportunity has finally arrived."
Minogue, who is currently at work on her eleventh studio album, will perform on NBC's "Today" Show May 8 to support her announcement of the tour, produced by Bill Silva Presents. Her most recent trek, "KyleX2008," visited 21 countries and saw an estimated $70,000,000 in ticket sales.
Tickets for Minogue's fall tour go on sale to the general public the weekend of May 15 and will be available beginning May 7 to American Express cardholders.
