David Guetta is set to release his fourth studio album, "One Love" on August 24, 2009.
First single features the amazing Kelly Rowland and is titled "When Love Takes Over." The track goes to radio on May 20, 2009 and the music video is set to premiere on June 4, 2009.
This track is going to be the song of the summer, I can tell!
