The CW Renews 'Hart of Dixie'

The CW has renewed its sophomore drama, 'Hart of Dixie' starring Rachel Bilson and Jaime King for a third season.

The season premiered to nearly two million viewers which is pretty standard for The CW, most of its series have dropped to embarassing numbers over the last couple TV seasons.  The season has been averaging 1.5 million viewers which is still pretty good by todays CW standards, with many of its shows dropping below one million. 'Hart of Dixie' is one of The CWs most consistent performers on the network. 

Here is a list of the last-five aired episodes:
16 - Where I Lead Me - February 26 - 1.38 million viewers
17 - We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together - March 5 - 1.50 million viewers
18 - Why Don't We Get Drunk? - April 9 - 1.20 million viewers
19 - This Kiss - April 16 - 1.30 million viewers
20 - If Tomorrow Never Comes - April 23 - 1.10 million viewers

The season finale will air on May 7, 2013. The second season will include 22 episodes.
