The CW has renewed its freshman drama, 'Beauty and the Beast' for a second season.
The series premiered to nearly three million viewers which is huge for The CW, most of its series have dropped to embarassing numbers over the last couple TV seasons. The season has been averaging 1.5 million viewers which is still pretty good by todays CW standards, with many of its shows dropping below one million.
Here is a list of the last-five aired episodes:
15 - Any Means Possible - March 14 - 1.43 million viewers
16 - Insatiable - March 21 - 1.72 million viewers
17 - Partners in Crime - March 28 - 1.50 million viewers
18 - Heart of Darkness - April 18 - 1.59 million viewers
19 - Playing with Fire - April 25 - 1.24 million viewers
The season finale will air on May 16, 2013. The second season will include 22 episodes.
