CBS has renewed its freshman sitcom '2 Broke Girls' starring Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs for a second season.
'2 Broke Girls' has been a huge hit for CBS, it's series premiere was watched by over 19 million viewers. The series is sandwiched between mega hits, 'How I Met Your Mother' and 'Two and a Half Men' which could explain the attraction. The freshman series is currently viewed between 10 - 12 million viewers.
