The procedural series 'Grimm' begain its debut season with a 13 episode order on October 28. NBC has now ordered two additional scripts to be written for the show bringing it up to 15.
NBC might be showing some faith in 'Grimm' considering its on their mid-season TV schedule for 2012. The series started off strong with nearly seven million viewers which is quite good being that it's on Friday nights and was against the seventh game of the World Series. The last two episodes have remained steady with around six million viewers.
If the series can keep its current ratings and viewership I see it receiving a full season pick up in January. It's already has a timeslot for mid-season so I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon.
