CBS has cancelled the freshman drama series, 'Vegas' starring Dennis Quaid and Michael Chiklis after one season.
The series premiered to almost 15 million viewers which is great for a brand new series. However, the viewership dropped to nine million around the half-way point. When CBS premiered 'Golden Boy' in its timeslot, CBS decided to move 'Vegas' to Fridays starting in April. This proved to be the final nail in the coffin when the series dropped even further to seven million.
Here is a list of the last-five aired episodes:
16 - Little Fish - April 5 - 7.59 million viewers
17 - Hollywood Ending - April 12 - 7.20 million viewers
18 - Scoundrels - April 20 - 4.32 million viewers
19 - Past Lives - April 26 - 7.50 million viewers
20 - Unfinished Business - May 3 - 7.38 million viewers
