ABC has renewed its freshman comedy series, 'The Neighbors' starring Jami Gertz and Lenny Ventino for a second season.
The series premiered to over nine million viewers which is great for a cmedy series on ABC. However, the series has been hovering around the five-six million mark for the entire season. The steep drop in viewership during the end of the season has to do with it being aired between reruns of 'The Middle' and 'Modern Family.'
Here is a list of the last-five aired episodes:
18 - Camping - February 27 - 6.01 million viewers
18 - I Believe I Can Drive - March 6 - 5.74 million viewers
20 - Sing Like a Larry Bird - March 13 - 4.72 million viewers
21 - Mo Purses, Mo Money, Mo Problems - March 20 - 4.76 million viewers
22 - It Has Begun... - March 27 - 5.52 million viewers
No word on how many episodes have been ordered but the usual 22 seems right.
