Rihanna is set to release her second UK/third North American single off her fourth studio album, "Rated R."
Rihanna has chosen "Rude Boy" as the second single for UK and Europe and third single for North America. "Rude Boy" will be released to radio on February 8, 2010 worldwide while the video will be released near the end of February. Canada has already started promoting the track on radio as of January 4th.
There is no word on whether or not "Hard" (second single in North America) will be released in the UK.
