FX has renewed its freshman period drama, 'The Americans' starring Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys for a second season.
The series premiere was watched by over three million viewers and is still holding as the network's #2 drama series on the air in both viewers and ratings behind 'Son's Of Anarchy.' The season has been steadily dropping in viewership every week but it still beats almost all other shows on the network in both viewers and ratings.
Here is a list of the already-aired episodes:
01 - Pilot - January 30 - 3.22 million viewers
02 - The Clock - February 6 - 1.97 million viewers
03 - Gregory - February 13 - 1.61 million viewers
04 - in Control - February 20 - 1.91 million viewers
The second season will premiere in January 2014 with another 13 episodes ordered. The season one finale will air on May 1, 2013.
