First single, 'Ride' featuring Ludacris has had a lukewarm reception at radio and has since peaked at #47. A second single is still being decided on but 'Gimme Dat' seems like a great followup.
With the less than stellar reception to 'Ride,' 'Basic Instinct' will now be released on October 5. The two month delay will now allow Ciara to go back in the studio and record a few more tracks.
