Rihanna is set to release her second official single off her fourth studio album, "Rated R" which is to be released on November 23.
The second single was to be "Wait Your Turn" but was switched to "Hard" after "Wait Your Turn" didn't capture the fans attention. "Hard" features Young Jeezy and will be released to radio on November 12 with a digital release on November 17. The music video will premiere in December.
The First single, "Russian Roulette" is still climbing the charts and the music video will premiere this Friday, November 13.
