AMC has renewed its sophomore zombie drama 'The Walking Dead' for a third season.
After only airing two episodes of season two AMC greenlit a third season after the incredible debut ratings on October 16. The drama is currently the biggest basic cable show with Adults 18-49 breaking a basic cable record set nearly 10 years ago for a single drama telecast 'The Dead Zone.'
After premiering on cable networks across Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East, 'The Walking Dead' is truly a global phenomenon. Over 10 million viewers in 122 countries tuned in live to watch the second season premiere.

02 - Bloodletting - 6.70 million viewers
