Misstress Barbara is set to release a new single, 'Triangle of Love' this Fall.
'Triangle of Love' was not included on her debut studio album, 'I'm No Human.' The new single will be released on September 14. There is no word yet if a music video will follow.
I really hope she is recording a new album, because 'I'm No Human' was delicious!
Fever Ray are set to release a stand alone single this Fall in anticipation of her live concert 'Live In Lulea' which is to be released in November.
The single, 'Mercy Street' is a cover of the Peter Gabriel single of the same name. 'Mercy Street' will be released on September 7. The music video is to premiere in late September.
This is exciting news for me personally because her debut album, 'Fever Ray' is brilliant so any excuse for a new song is amazing.
Christina Aguilera is set to release her second official Australian single this coming week from her fourth studio album, 'Bionic.'
Aguilera has had a rough time with this album. First single, 'Not Myself Tonight' failed to make an impact worldwide. RCA quickly released 'WooHoo' which was to be the second worldwide single but it did even worse than 'Not Myself Tonight.' So instead they released 'You Lost Me' in North America and it has once again stalled and has not made an impact at radio.
RCA has decided to go with 'I Hate Boys' as the second single in Australia because it was the second biggest digital track from the album.
Keri Hilson is set to release her lead single off her sophomore album, 'No Boys Allowed.'
'No Boys Allowed' will be released in November 2010. The first single, 'Breaking Point' will be released to radio on September 21. The music video will premiere the same week.
This will be the first single as a lead artist since 'Slow Dance' last summer.
Nicki Minaj is set to release her second official single from her debut album, 'Pink Friday' which is set to be released on November 23.
'Check It Out' is a duet which features Will.I.Am and will be released as the follow up to 'Your Love' which is currently in the Top 20.
The new single will be released to radio on September 14 with a video to premiere in late September.
Ciara is set to release two singles back to back in anticipation of her fourth stuido album, 'Basic Instinct.'
The first of two singles will be 'Gimme Dat' while the second will be the ballad 'Speechless.' 'Speechless' is reminiscent of previous singles, 'Never Ever' and 'Promise.'
'Speechless' will be sent to radio on September 7 while the video will premiere the week of September 21.
Ciara is set to release two singles back to back this Fall in anticipation of her fourth studio album, 'Basic Instinct.'
'Basic Instinct' is to be released on October 5, 2010. The first single, 'Ride' featuring Ludacris failed to make an impact at pop radio. It stalled in the Top 40. This time around she decided to release two singles at the same time, one upbeat and one ballad, to appeal to a broader audience.
'Gimme Dat' has been chosen as the second single. It will go to radio on September 7 while the music video will premiere the week on September 21.
