Duffy is set to release her fifth single "Rain On Your Parade" off her soon-to-be released "Rockferry: Deluxe Edition". The single was released on October 24, 2008 in the UK. The video was premiered on the same day. The North America release will see a November 17, 2008 release date.
Amy Winehouse is set to release her first two albums over again. "Frank" and "Back To Black" were both rereleased this past year and now it seems that they will both be in a special 4-disc box set for Christmas.
The first two discs will include the entire "Frank" album and the "Bonus CD with Rare, Live and Remixed tracks". The second set of discs include the entire "Back To Black" album and the "Bonus CD with B-Sides and Live tracks".
I do not understand why they would rerelease both albums seperately and than re-rerelease them again as a 4 disc set. I guess anyway to profit off Amy Winehouse while she is on a spiral down hill. Especially since it looks like a third album may never come to surface.
Adele has chosen her fourth official single from her debut album "19". The fourth single will be the amazing "Make You Feel My Love". It will go to radio on November 3, 2008.
The music video premiered on October 31, 2008. It was shot in one take and was performed completely live. Let's hope it does better than "Hometown Glory" which should have been massive.
M.I.A. released her sophomore album "Kala" on August 20, 2007 and it has since been going back up the charts thanks to the release of "Paper Planes," the third single.
The album has been expanded in a 2-disc set which is to be released on November 4, 2008. The rerelease will include six additional tracks that were not on the official album, the UK will receive eight additional tracks. Here is the track listing for "Kala":01 - Bamboo Banga
