Where In The World is 'Cougar Town'

ABC unveiled their mid-season TV schedule yesterday and the biggest noticable issue was that 'Cougar Town' is no where to be seen.


ABC must really hate 'Cougar Town' because during its second season last season they put the show on hiatus from February-April 2011 to make room for the now-failed 'Mr. Sunshine.' When ABC unveiled their Fall 2011 TV schedule this past summer they announced that the third season of 'Cougar Town' would not be shown until mid-season. The mid-season has now been announced and still no word on 'Cougar Town.'


ABC has now cut its full-season 22 episode order down to 15 episodes. Also, we will now have to wait until at least March 2012 to see the third season premiere. Rumour has it, the show will be put in the Tuesday, 8:30PM time slot when 'Work It' finishes its run. It will be paired with the freshman series, 'Last Man Standing.'


Pairing 'Cougar Town' with 'Last Man Standing' is the final nail in the coffin. Clearly, ABC does not want this show any longer so they are putting it with anything to have the episodes aired. Pairing it with a mans show is clearly the worst choice and will most likely will make these next 15 episodes the final ones for 'Cougar Town.' Way to go, ABC. Fuckers.
