Noticably missing, third-year comedy, 'Cougar Town' along with new series, 'Scandal' and 'Can't Trust the Bitch in Apartment 23.' All three shows were previously announced for the mid-season schedule. Two other shows are also missing, freshman series, 'Pan Am' and 'Man Up,' which gives the impression that both will be cancelled after both series end their respected episode orders.
