The first single, 'Guardian' will be released to radio on May 11. Digital outslets will follow on May 15 with a video to follow in June. This will be the first single since 'Not as We' back in November 2008.
The new album, 'Havoc and Bright Lights' will be released on August 28. Like her last album, 'Flavors of Entanglement' was produced mostly by Guy Sigsworth. This is fantastic news because her last album is my personal favourite from Alanis Morissette.
'Havoc and Bright Lights' is also the first album on her new label Collective Sounds. She left Maverick Records in 2010 after the completion of promotion for 'Flavours of Entanglement.' She was with Maverick Records for 15 years when she debuted 'Jagged Little Pill' in 1995.
