The final season will premiere in early 2013 and will wrap up with a final four hour-long episodes. 'Big C' has been a 30 minute dramedy for the past three seasons but Showtime is giving fans four hour long (eight 30 minute) episodes to wrap the series up.
Fans of the series also know the executive creator Neal H. Moritz stated back during the filming of season two, that 'The Big C' is and was only intended to be a four season series.
