Ciara 2 Release 'Speechless'

Ciara is set to release two singles back to back in anticipation of her fourth stuido album, 'Basic Instinct.'


The first of two singles will be 'Gimme Dat' while the second will be the ballad 'Speechless.' 'Speechless' is reminiscent of previous singles, 'Never Ever' and 'Promise.'


'Speechless' will be sent to radio on September 7 while the video will premiere the week of September 21.
